Kaweco has been producing all kinds of mechanical pencils since the beginning of the 20th century. Kaweco’s clutch pencils became very popular in the 1950s during the heyday of technical drawing. Whether craftsmen, architects or artists, the clutch pencils from the Sketch Up series are still used as reliable work materials today.

The Sketch Up, available in the colors brass, satin chrome, brilliant and black, is equipped with a 5.6 mm thick pencil lead. The sharpener integrated into the button means the lead can always be kept sharp, which means you can draw on the go at any time.

The Kaweco Sketch Up is not only available as a clutch pencil, but also as an eraser pencil. With the help of the Sketch Up Corrector, you can erase precisely without damaging the structure of the paper.

The metallic body made of high-quality brass in elegant black gives the drawing tool a special feel.

The Sketch Up is preferably used for technical and artistic drawing. The high-quality mechanism holds a lead with a line width of 5.6 mm and a very soft hardness of 5B. This makes drawing particularly easy and dynamic. So that the pencil is always ready for use, no matter where you are, there is a sharpener for the lead in the removable pusher.

The Sketch Up clutch pencil comes with graphite leads in hardness 5B as a refill pack. The range also includes all-purpose leads that are suitable for a variety of surfaces. They are available in blue, red and green. Alternatively, you can use our highlighter leads in green, yellow and orange to mark text passages in a memorable and visible way.

With our eraser cords, the clutch pencil can also be transformed into a practical eraser. However, care should be taken to clean it thoroughly to avoid contamination from graphite residue.
